This gives you freedom to conveniently go to whichever location you are closest to that day. They offer over 80 group fitness classes a week, from early morning to evening classes, so you can always find a time to fit in your workout during the week. 

If you want to try it out to see how you like the gym experience before committing, you can take advantage of their five day free trial pass to check out the equipment and try a few classes before fully signing up. As part of their welcome package, all members get a free personal training session with one of their fitness professionals as an initial fitness consultation. Reformed Pilates

The Foundry Yog

If you are a yoga aficionado, The Foundry Yoga is a local yogi favorite. This studio has four locations throughout the Valley, and they offer every type of yoga you could want. Whether you love heated classes or prefer to avoid that format, you can try out everything from power yoga to hot barre classes at The Foundry Yoga. 

Make sure to bring your own yoga mat, water, and towel to class as they do not offer rentals. If you want to give The Foundry Yoga a chance, new students can use their intro special to get 4 classes for $40.

TruFusion

If you love group fitness classes, check out TruFusion located off of Scottsdale Road. The allure of TruFusion is that they offer a lot of different class formats under one roof. Their fitness center has 5 studios, and offers a mix of yoga, pilates, barre, spin, and bootcamp workouts. 

This is the perfect workout studio for people who get bored easily and are always looking to try something new! TruFusion also periodically offers special programming like challenges and workshops so that you can get the most out of your workouts.

CycleBar

If you love indoor cycling, CycleBar is going to be your new favorite workout studio. Located in the Seville Center in Scottsdale, this centrally located studio offers a cardio party on a stationary bike. 

CycleBar stands out from other spin studios because their technology allows you to compete against everyone else in the room while you ride. At the end of your workout you will receive your CycleStats, or the key metrics from your workout. They track these metrics over time as you visit, so it’s a great way to hold yourself accountable as you work towards your fitness goals.
